It goes without saying that signboards are the most important part of road safety. We provide the full range of services like fabrication to final installation on road. Road marking is basic, but an important element in road safety. We use hot-melt Thermoplastic Marking Paint for the markings. It is the highest quality marking paint that includes a heavy density of retroreflective glass beads. When headlight beams hit these markers, it reflects the light and make the markings particularly bright, hence safe for the vehicles. It’s most often done by walking behind a specialized machine, and sometimes, with the help of a truck mounted marking machine.

Sometimes, new roads are constructed, or lanes are redirected or changed entirely. So, if any trace of the previous road marking remains, it can lead to confusion for drivers. Therefore, road marking removal is an important part of road safety. We use high-end technology for the process of marker removal. Machineries like walk-behind mechanical grinders, softening machines, etc., are used for this purpose.

Road Studs or Raised Pavement Markers (RPM), are those little shining squares on a highway. These studs are mainly ABS/ASA Polymers and Cast Aluminum Alloys. They are equipped with highly reflective polycarbonate micro-prismatic lenses.

These delineators are vertical posts of about 800-1000 mm length, usually made of Galvanized Steel or Flexible polymers. They are then banded with 3M Micro prismatic Sheeting that reflects light more brightly, even at road curves. They are mostly installed on highways that don’t have street lights for long stretches.

Flexible Median Markers are installed on road dividers and medians. The body of these FMMs or Median Flags are made of tough polymer like Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) or high-grade Polyurethane. They have 3M micro prismatic sheeting that act as the reflective surface to guide vehicles.
